Step 1

We are committed to providing efficient and effective services in handling your feedback and complaints. You can file your feedback or complaint via the following channels:


Step 2

We will acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 1-3 days. We will contact you for further information and details of the incident if required and provide you with a full reply within 14 days.


Step 3

If you find the outcome of your complaint unsatisfactory, you may proceed to contact the Complaint Against Registered Medical Practitioner. Pursuant to Section 29(1) of the Medical Act 1971, the Council has disciplinary jurisdiction over Registered Medical Practitioners. You are required to fill up a form and send it to the Malaysian Medical Council.
